6 years agoWashington Redskins wide receiver Josh Doctson (heel) is missing practice for the second straight day on Thursday after he had his heel stepped on in practice on Wednesday. The Redskins play on Monday night, so Doctson has a little extra time to heel, but it's not looking good for his status right now. The 25-year-old has shown no chemistry with quarterback Alex Smith and has just five catches on 13 targets for 48 yards through three games. Even if he plays on Monday against the Saints, he should be avoided in starting lineups. If he sits out, Jamison Crowder, Paul Richardson and tight end Jordan Reed could see more work in the passing game.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
