Josh Allen, Stefon Diggs Won't Play In Preseason Opener
1 year agoBuffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott said that "most" of the starters will play in the team's preseason opener on Saturday against the Indianapolis Colts "give or take a quarter." However, that does not include quarterback Josh Allen or wide receiver Stefon Diggs. The Bills aren't going to take any chances with their two most important pieces on offense this early in the preseason. Allen only attempted three passes in one preseason game last year, so don't expect him to play much, if at all, this preseason. Both Allen and Diggs are at the top of their games and will be expensive in fantasy drafts yet again this year. Diggs is a top-five receiver, while Allen is a top-three QB1 in fantasy.
