1 year agoLos Angeles Angels left-hander Jose Suarez (shoulder) has been playing catch but is still not working off a mound, according to manager Phil Nevin. The 25-year-old hasn't pitched in the big leagues since May 7 due to a left shoulder strain and suffered a setback in his recovery a few weeks ago during a rehab assignment. Before the ailment, Suarez pitched to a 9.62 ERA and 2.14 WHIP with 21 strikeouts and 15 walks across 24 1/3 innings. There's no word on a possible return date, but fantasy managers can ignore the southpaw in all formats.--Spencer Seguin
