Jose Ramirez Hits Two More Homers Monday
4 months agoCleveland Guardians third baseman Jose Ramirez continued his stellar offensive season in Monday's 8-4 win over the Tigers. Ramirez went 3-for-4 with a double, a pair of solo home runs, and three RBI. The 31-year-old demolished a third-inning Bryan Sammons changeup 451 feet into the left-center seats and later golfed a seventh-inning Sammons curveball into the left-center seats. Ramirez has once again been a five-category fantasy contributor, slashing .276/.330/.527 with 26 HR, 76 runs scored, 85 RBI, and 20 stolen bases in 446 plate appearances. He has been a top fantasy pick for most of his career, and that has been boosted even more this season with the Guardians' strong overall play.
