Jose Iglesias Exits Tuesday's Game With Hamstring Cramp
3 years agoLos Angeles Angels shortstop Jose Iglesias (hamstring) exited the game on Tuesday night due to a left hamstring cramp, the team announced on Twitter. Iglesias was 1-for-1 with a double, two walks, one RBI and two runs scored before he was replaced by pinch-runner Jose Rojas in the fifth inning. He's been having a solid follow-up campaign this year to his 2020 performance, as he is slashing .278/.305/.386 with four home runs, two steals, 15 RBI and 19 runs scored over 43 games. Consider him day-to-day for now, as it seems he should avoid a stint on the IL.
