Jose Cisnero Day-To-Day With Illness
2 years agoDetroit Tigers relief pitcher Jose Cisnero (illness) is being listed as day-to-day in camp with a non-COVID illness. Cisnero also dealt with a neck injury earlier in spring training, so he's only made one Grapefruit League appearance to this point. The 33-year-old should be ready to go again in a day or two. He put up a career-best 1.08 ERA (3.67 FIP), 1.36 WHIP and 23 strikeouts in 25 relief innings over 28 appearances out of the bullpen for the Tigers in 2022 in his fourth year with the team. Cisnero only really has fantasy appeal in deep holds leagues in a setup role for the Tigers alongside Jason Foley in front of expected closer Alex Lange.
