3 years agoHouston Astros second baseman Jose Altuve (hamstring) took ground balls at Minute Maid Park on Saturday. Afterwards, Altuve said that his left hamstring felt good, but that he didn't yet have a timetable to return. He has yet to swing a bat since the hamstring injury first flared up. Altuve was placed on the injured list this past Wednesday and he is first eligible to return next Friday, April 29. Niko Goodrum and Aledmys Diaz will continue to cover the keystone while he's out.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
