Jorge Soler Returns On Tuesday
1 year agoMiami Marlins outfielder/designated hitter Jorge Soler (hip) is back in action on Tuesday against the visiting Los Angeles Dodgers and left-hander Clayton Kershaw, serving as the designated hitter and batting in the two-hole. Soler was removed from a game last week due to right-hip tightness, but he'll be back on the field on Tuesday and should be returned to all starting fantasy lineups because of his power. The big right-handed Cuban slugger made the All-Star team for the first time in his career in 2023 and currently has 35 home runs and 71 RBI in 125 games. He's hitting .167 in six career at-bats with one RBI against Kershaw, but he's batting .282 (29-for-103) with 14 of his 35 home runs in 121 plate appearances against lefties in 2023.
