Jorge Masvidal Set For Co-Main Event Showdown
2 years agoNo doubt a fan favorite, Jorge Masvidal (35-16) will enter the co-main event of UFC 287 on Saturday against one of the most dangerous jiu-jitsu artists to ever enter a cage when he faces Gilbert Burns. Hoping to avoid four straight losses, Masvidal is 3-5 since mid-2017. DraftKings sees Masvidal as the night's biggest underdog with a salary of $6,600. Throughout his UFC career (21 bouts), he averages 74.9 fantasy points per contest. It's best to steer clear of Masvidal in this one against a streaking and dangerous Burns.

Jorge Masvidal Suffers Third Straight Loss
3 years agoWith losses in three straight and in five of his last eight bouts, Jorge Masvidal was unable to get the victory at UFC 272 in Saturday night's main event. In 25 minutes of action, Masvidal only tallied 67 significant strikes (90 total strikes) while stuffing nine of Colby Covington's 15 takedown tries. Since his flying-knee knockout of Ben Askren, Masvidal has not exactly been a fantasy star, though he's still a fan favorite. Typically the money fights will come against tough names, but he has no recent wins to show for it.

Jorge Masvidal Looking For First Win Since 2019
3 years agoWithout a victory since November of 2019, Jorge Masvidal (35-15) will step into Saturday's main event against former best friend Colby Covington in the main event of UFC 272. After a meteoric 2019, Masvidal has only competed twice since then in the Octagon, losing both to champion Kamaru Usman. Masvidal will be stepping into Saturday night's main event against an extremely active cardio machine in Covington. DraftKings sees Gamebred as the huge underdog with a salary of $6,800. Throughout his UFC career, Masvidal averages 76.6 fantasy points per contest. Masvidal has shown before that he can defeat a wrestler with his four-second knockout of Ben Askren. Covington is a much different breed of wrestler, however.
