Jorge Alfaro Drives In Three And Steals A Base
3 years agoMiami Marlins catcher/outfielder Jorge Alfaro had another good game on Saturday, going 2-for-4 with a single, a double, a run scored, three RBI, and a stolen base. The three runs driven in gave him 29 on the year and the stolen base was his eighth. Alfaro is on a nice hot streak lately after being cold all season, and the former starting catcher has been getting plenty of starts as a left fielder. He should have outfield eligibility in most fantasy formats at this point, and could end up with first base eligibility before long as well. He's definitely a streaky hitter whose cold streaks last much longer than his hot streaks, but his current hot streak mixed with his newfound positional eligibility could make him worth considering in some deeper formats.
