6 years agoPittsburgh Pirates shortstop Jordy Mercer had a fantastic Thursday, going 3-for-4 with four RBI. He drove in the first four runs for the Pirates. Mercer is batting .265 with 26 RBI and five homers. He does have a .304 on-base percentage, but is not someone to go out and grab. Thursday was a flash in the pan; he is not fantasy relevant.--Aaron
