5 years agoDetroit Tigers starting pitcher Jordan Zimmermann (elbow) is scheduled to throw a bullpen session Sunday. Assuming all goes well, Zimmermann will make the first of two rehab appearances Wednesday in High-A Lakeland. This season has been one to forget for Zimmermann, who has a downright ugly 5.93 ERA and supporting 5.42 FIP through six starts. Zimmermann is a very risky fantasy option, at best, moving forward and can be ignored in all formats.--Joseph Magazzinich
