Jordan Walker Day-To-Day With Shoulder Strain
2 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals outfielder Jordan Walker (shoulder) was removed from Saturday's game against the Astros due to a right shoulder strain. He is day-to-day and will be re-evaluated on Sunday. Walker was one of the best hitters of the spring thus far, leading MLB in most major offensive categories. The Cardinals' top prospect seemed to be playing his way onto the Opening Day roster with a .429 batting average, three home runs, and seven RBI. There's still time for him to recover before Opening Day, but Sunday should shed some more light on whether he's due to miss any time.
