Jordan Reed Exits With Injury
6 years agoWashington Redskins tight end Jordan Reed (ankle) limped off with the medical staff in the first quarter of Week 14 against the Giants after having his ankle rolled up on during a run play. There is no word on whether he'll be able to return to the game, so consider him questionable, at best. Reed didn't have a catch yet in the game and has 54 receptions for 558 yards and two touchdowns in 12 games coming into this one. The Redskins continue to drop like flies due to injuries. If Reed doesn't return, it should mean more work for receivers Jamison Crowder and Josh Doctson, although quarterback Mark Sanchez can't be trusted to get anyone the ball. Tight end Vernon Davis will see more playing time as well.
