Jordan Luplow Homers In Sunday’s Win
3 years agoTampa Bay Rays outfielder Jordan Luplow went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and an additional run scored during Sunday's 12-8 win over the Baltimore Orioles. He launched a solo shot off Spenser Watkins in the second inning to give the Rays a 3-1 lead. The 27-year-old was reinstated from the injured list on August 28 and is fully recovered from a left ankle sprain. Luplow owns a .849 OPS against right-handers and can be used as a streamer in deep-league formats against righties. Overall, Luplow is slashing .169/.318/.411 with eight home runs, 21 RBI, and 19 runs scored over 151 plate appearances in 2021.
