Jordan Love Ends Preseason With Solid Performance
1 year agoGreen Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love completed 9-of-15 passes for 63 yards and a touchdown, adding three carries for 21 yards, during the team's 19-15 preseason victory over the Seattle Seahawks. The 24-year-old ended his third preseason game with his third total touchdown after hitting Christian Watson on a six-yard toss early in the second quarter. The solid performance caps off a positive preseason for the Packers' new starting quarterback, who will look to take this momentum into the regular season opener against the Chicago Bears. Love even showed that he could add a mobile element to his game for fantasy managers after carrying the ball three times with moderate success. While he is likely to go undrafted in most redraft leagues, Love could prove to be valuable as a streaming option and could even find his way into starting lineups on the regular if he can reach his ceiling in his first year as a starter.
