Jordan Lawlar Suffers Setback, Could Miss Another 6-8 Weeks
5 months agoArizona Diamondbacks shortstop prospect Jordan Lawlar (hamstring) is expected to miss more time after suffering a setback a few days ago. The 21-year-old aggravated his hamstring while running from first to third during a game in Rookie ball. Lawlar was working his way back from a Grade 1 hamstring strain that he suffered in mid-June. Now, Lawlar is expected to miss an additional six to eight weeks with this setback. There's a chance that Lawlar isn't back to playing games until some point in September, let alone returning to the big leagues for the Diamondbacks.
