Columbus Blue Jackets goaltender Joonas Korpisalo saved 30 of 32 shots in Tuesday's 5-2 win over Montreal to improve his record for the season to 8-7-1. Carey Price started the game better as the Habs took a 2-1 lead, but things fell apart for the former league MVP during the second half of the game. Korpisalo, on the other hand, got better as the night went on and the same has applied to his form in 2019-20. The Finnish netminder has a measly .886 save percentage in October, but he's upped it to .922 this month while giving up more than two goals just once in six starts. He now has back-to-back wins for the third time this season, and Thursday's matchup with the struggling Red Wings looks like a very nice spot for him to register his first three-game winning streak of the year.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
