Jonathan Taylor Eyeing An Increased Role In Week 6
1 year agoIndianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor is expected to have an increased workload in the team's Week 6 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to head coach Shane Steichen. This comes after Taylor made his season debut last week against the Tennessee Titans and was held to only six carries for 18 yards. It's unclear to what extent the fourth-year running back will be ramped up to in Week 6, as his fellow backfield mate Zack Moss has done an effective job of supporting Indy's rushing attack in his absence. Taylor will have a tougher matchup against a division rival that allows the seventh-fewest points to opposing fantasy running backs, but Taylor should be included in lineups as a solid option at RB2 while he looks to take control of Indy's backfield.
