Jonathan Schoop Goes Yard For His 11th Home Run
3 years agoDetroit Tigers second baseman Jonathan Schoop continued his red hot June while helping the team defeat the Kansas City Royals 4-3 on Tuesday night. Schoop went 2-for-4 with a home run, two runs and two RBI in the game. He now has 11 home runs on the year, six of which have come this month. Schoop recorded at least one hit in nine of his last 10 games in May and he is slashing .354/.407/.833 over 13 games in June. He's a must-roster player in all formats while he remains this hot.
