1 year agoCarolina Panthers wide receiver Jonathan Mingo caught one of his two targets for 14 yards in a 26-17 preseason loss to the Detroit Lions on Friday. Mingo got the start and hauled in his catch on Carolina's first play of the game, giving the Panthers a first down. The rookie wideout has played extensively with the first-team offense this preseason, accumulating two catches for 29 yards. D.J. Chark is currently dealing with a hamstring issue that could hold him out for the near future, opening the door for more targets for Mingo. He's worth a look as an upside WR5 in fantasy drafts this summer.--Matt T - RotoBaller
