2 years agoMiami Marlins third baseman Jon Berti (illness) rejoined his teammates at the ballpark ahead of Tuesday's game against the Washington Nationals. He has not yet been activated from the COVID-19 injured list. Berti told the media that he still needs some time to regain strength after a bout with COVID-19. The 32-year-old was placed on the COVID-19 injured list a little over a week ago. He was hitting well before catching the virus as he slashed .300/.440/.550 over his first 17 games of the year, stealing two bases on three attempts.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
