1 year agoMiami Marlins utility man Jon Berti is not in Sunday's lineup for the game against the Los Angeles Angels. The speedster is batting .268 this year with a pair of long balls and seven stolen bases through 48 contests. Yuli Gurriel is taking his spot in the lineup, playing first and batting sixth. The 38-year-old has rebounded after a poor 2022 season, slashing .304/.354/.452 with three bombs over 31 games. Gurriel owns a .300 average off of lefties this season, and a .282 mark for his career, so fantasy managers can feel safe starting or streaming the former World Series champ.--Spencer Seguin
