Calgary Flames left wing Johnny Gaudreau had two assists, one on the power play, to make it 56 helpers for the season in Wednesday's 5-1 win over Buffalo. Playing in his 300th career game, Johnny Hockey helped Sean Monahan get his 30th goal of the year and he also had a hand in the team's final goal near the end of the second period. Gaudreau's 56 assists are most by a Flames player since Alex Tanguay had 59 in 2006-07, and it's pretty safe to say he'll surpass that before the season is done. He's sitting on 76 points with a bunch of poor defensive teams (Senators, Islanders, Oilers) coming up next on the schedule.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
