John Wall Will Be Sidelined At Least Six Months
6 years agoWashington Wizards point guard John Wall (heel) will undergo a debridement and repair of a Haglund's deformity and chronic Achilles' injury in his left heel. The procedure is expected to take place sometime next week and will have him on the shelf for six to eight months. He finishes the 2018-19 season with 20.7 points and 3.6 rebounds per game through 32 outings . With Wall on the mend it will be Tomas Satoransky seeing more playing time at the point, with Trevor Ariza serving as one of the primary scoring options. Thomas Bryant is also expected to see more playing time with Chasson Randle also expected to see a larger role off the bench.
