John Wall Goes For Season-High 36 Points In Win
6 years agoWashington Wizards point guard John Wall battled through an ankle injury to lead his team to victory Monday over the Houston Rockets. Wall delivered his fifth double-double of the season, finishing with a season-high 36 points, including six of his club’s 10 points in overtime, to go along with 11 assists. It was quite the dominant performance from the five-time All-Star, who has helped his struggling club to wins in three of their last four games, and is set for a favorable matchup against the New Orleans Pelicans on Wednesday. New Orleans is allowing the second-most fantasy points per game to opposing point guards this season, so feel confident deploying Wall as long as he’s in town, as he is reportedly set to become a father within the next few days.
