Anaheim Ducks goaltender John Gibson played a big role in Monday's win over the Islanders, posting his first shutout of the season with a 26-save performance. Anaheim ended New York's 17-game point streak with a 3-0 win. It's only the second W for the Ducks across the last 10 games during which they have really struggled defensively. Gibson has made eight starts this month and he's allowed at least four goals in half of them. He should regain some confidence with Monday's shutout. Gibson's record for the season stands at 8-10-1 with a 2.86 goals-against average and a .912 save percentage.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
