John Collins Scores 30 Points In Tuesday's Loss
5 years agoAtlanta Hawks power forward John Collins was forced to carry the offensive load in Tuesday's loss to Miami after Trae Young left early with an ankle sprain. The Wake Forest product had a big night with a career-high five triples and 30 points. He shot 5-for-8 in total from downtown and 10-for-17 from the field, adding seven rebounds, four assists, one steal and one block to his line. Jabari Parker was the next best scorer for Atlanta with 12 points. The Hawks take on Miami again on Thursday and we can expect Collins to have another big game, as the Heat have so far performed poorly against opposing power forwards.
