John Brown A Low-End Starting Option In PPR In Week 4
5 years agoBuffalo Bills wide receiver John Brown has seen his production gradually decrease since his explosive 123-yard Week 1 performance. This week, Brown and the Bills face their greatest test so far with the Patriots. Last week, Brown saw his targets go down to five after totalling 18 in the first two weeks of the season. Slot receiver Cole Beasley led the team in Week 3 targets with ten. Expect Brown to receive between five and eight targets this week. The Patriots have allowed a total of 17 points in three games, so it's hard to expect too much production from Brown's five-to-eight targets, maybe like four or five catches for 50 yards. He's a fine WR3 or flex in PPR leagues, but in non-PPR and in shallow leagues, he should be avoided if possible.
