1 year agoBaltimore Orioles infield prospect Joey Ortiz went 4-for-4 with two runs and two RBI for Triple-A Norfolk on Tuesday. His strong performance raised his batting average to an impressive .348 to go along with seven home runs, 34 RBI and nine stolen bases. The 25-year-old doesn't have much left to prove on the farm, but the Orioles also don't have a clear opening for him at the big-league level. Ortiz has gotten a few cups of coffee this season for the Orioles and has gone 7-for-33 with four RBI. It's likely that he will get another call at some point this summer, but without everyday at-bats, Ortiz is best suited as a watch list option in redraft formats with more appealing value in dynasty platforms.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
