Joey Logano Has A Disappointing Day At The Brickyard
1 year agoJoey Logano's Sunday afternoon at Indianapolis ended in disappointment after he finished 34th in the Verizon 200 at the Brickyard. Just six laps into the race, the Team Penske veteran collided with his teammate Ryan Blaney, causing the No. 22 to fall to the back of the field, a position from which he would never recover. Although Sunday's lackluster results will have little impact on the reigning Cup champion's playoff status, it was certainly not what the 33-year-old had hoped for heading into the weekend. Next week, the Connecticut native will look to bounce back as the Cup Series heads Northeast to Watkins Glen, NY.
