Joel Kiviranta, Luke Glendening Join Tyler Seguin's Line
3 years agoDallas Stars forwards Joel Kiviranta and Luke Glendening will skate with Tyler Seguin in Friday's home opener versus the Kings. Head coach Rick Bowness started the season with all of his big guns together on the same line, but Alexander Radulov will now join Roope Hintz and Jacob Peterson, while Jamie Benn gets to play center between Tanner Kero and Denis Gurianov. The Stars have averaged just 1.75 goals per game so far and something clearly needed to be done. Kiviranta demonstrated some good chemistry with Seguin in the 2020 playoffs and should have a nice ride on his left wing. Glendening has been a depth forward throughout his career and hasn't done much offensively, sitting on 127 points in 558 career games. The Stars attack is still without Jason Robertson (upper body) and Blake Comeau (upper body) on Friday, while John Klingberg (lower body) is missing from the blue line.
