2 months agoAccording to Frank Seravalli of the Dailyfaceoff.com, the Calgary Flames are acquiring forwards Morgan Frost and Joel Farabee from the Philadelphia Flyers. In exchange, they are sending forwards Andrei Kuzmenko and Jakob Pelletier, a 2025 second-round pick and a 2028 seventh-round pick. Frost is a former first-round pick but has never yet to fully break out. This season, he has tallied 25 points (11 goals, 14 helpers) with a -11 rating. He tallied a career-high 46 points during the 2022 season. Farabee, also a former first-round selection, enjoyed a strong season last year but has struggled in 2024. Last season, the 24-year-old scored 22 goals with 28 helpers. However, through 50 games this year, he has scored just eight goals with 11 helpers. Fantasy managers should monitor their role in the Calgary offense, as they could become potential targets in standard formats if they can find their footing.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller
