7 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid showed no signs of fatigue after participating in three events over All-Star weekend, as he dropped an easy 30 points (11-for-17) on the Bulls, knocking down all three of his attempts from deep in the game as well. Embiid was a force to be reckoned with on the boards in this one, yanking down a game-high 13 rebounds in his 34 minutes while handing out five assists in that span also. He was particularly scary on defense in this one, racking up game highs in both defensive categories with three steals and four blocks on Thursday. Embiid can arguably be considered the best big in the league when healthy and looks as if he is poised for a very strong finish to his first full season in the NBA.--Matthew Thomas
