5 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid produced 15 points, 13 rebounds, three assists and three blocks in Wednesday's 107-93 home opener victory over the Celtics. The 25-year-old was limited offensively by double teams and the Celtics defenders forced to play away from the basket. As a result, Embiid shot 5-for-14 from the field and 1-for-4 from three-point range, while struggling from the line with a 4-for-8 output. Embiid will look to get back on track in Saturday's matchup against Andre Drummond and the Pistons, with better production expected from the fourth year big man.--Denis Vondrus - RotoBaller
