4 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid crushed it against Phoenix on Wednesday with a game-high 38 points and 17 rebounds, but his team had to settle for a three-point loss. The Process enjoyed a 14-for-23 shooting night with a 3-for-5 record from deep, and he shot 7-for-9 at the foul line. Embiid added four assists, one steal and one block to his line, but also threw away the ball a whopping eight times. He was the lone ranger here again with Ben Simmons (illness) and Tobias Harris (knee) both out. Embiid has posted four 30-point games in his last five appearances, and he should be close to one again on Thursday against Milwaukee if he doesn't get rested.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
