He also ranks 24th on tour in proximity from 200-plus yards, a distance that accounted for 43.3% of all approach shots at this event last year. Dahmen is likely to have a strong first day at the tournament, averaging a score of 69 on Day 1, which is 25th-best on tour. The issues arise on the second day, where he averages a score of 70.75, ranking 110th on tour.
