3 years agoOn a four-fight winning streak (all ending with a finish) coming into Saturday's contest, Joel Alvarez looked to have the upper hand but had his night ended in the second round via TKO at the hands of Arman Tsarukyan. In 6:57 of total action, Alvarez only collected seven significant strikes (27 total strikes) compared to Tsarukyan's 36 significant strikes (93 total strikes). It was really a rough night at the office for Alvarez, but he has shown time and time again that he's capable of earning a finish at the highest levels of competition.
