12 months agoCleveland Browns quarterback Joe Flacco has been elevated to the active roster ahead of Sunday's Week 13 contest against the Los Angeles Rams. It's been known for several days that Flacco would be starting on Sunday but this makes it official. Dorian Thompson-Robinson (concussion) is on the shelf with a concussion and the Browns like their chances more with the veteran Flacco under center than P.J. Walker. The 38-year-old QB hasn't put together any good tape since way back in 2018 when he was still on the Ravens and should be avoided for fantasy purposes.
