Joe Burrow Could Miss "Several Weeks" With Calf Strain
1 year agoCincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow (calf) suffered a concerning injury at the end of Thursday's practice and was carted off the field. On Friday, head coach Zac Taylor confirmed Burrow is dealing with a calf strain that will "take several weeks" to heal up. That said, Burrow will be out or limited for the next chunk of training camp practices and it would be surprising to see him take part in preseason action. While it's never a positive to see a fantasy superstar get banged up in the offseason, Burrow avoided the worst-case scenario and should be just fine for the start of the 2023 NFL season.
