Jimmy Butler Notches Second Straight Triple-Double
4 years agoMiami Heat small forward Jimmy Butler had a well-rounded game in a losing effort on Wednesday night against the Golden State Warriors. Butler scored 13 points and racked up 12 rebounds and 11 assists to record his second-straight triple-double. He shot 6-for-16 in the game and hit one three-pointer. He also had three steals and he committed five turnovers. Butler's been fantastic in February so far. He's averaging 20.7 points, 8.7 assists, 9.2 rebounds and 2.0 steals per game through nine games this month. Next up for Butler is a favorable matchup on Thursday against the Sacramento Kings, who are allowing 119.3 points per game this year, the second-most in the league.
