Jimmy Butler Goes 4-For-4 From Deep Versus Sixers
4 years agoMiami Heat small forward Jimmy Butler made his best Reggie Miller impression on Thursday, going 4-for-4 from downtown in a 106-94 win over Philadelphia. He shot 6-for-10 overall from the field and 5-for-5 at the charity stripe to finish with a team-high 21 points. Butler's night included five rebounds, four assists and one steal with two turnovers. Prior to Thursday, Butler had made more than two triples in a game just once this season. His percentage from downtown is at a measly 21.4 percent, but he has now shot 6-for-8 from outside in his past three games, to pick up very good momentum ahead of Saturday's marquee matchup against Milwaukee.
