Jimmy Butler Dominates The Magic With 36 Points
3 years agoMiami Heat small forward Jimmy Butler had a phenomenal game against the Orlando Magic on Monday. He shot 15-for-21 from the field and 6-for-6 from the free throw line on the way to a game-high 36 points. He also added five steals, three rebounds and two assists. Butler had come up with a pair of slightly underwhelming games to start the year before breaking out on Monday. An interesting development has been his lack of three-point attempts so far this year. He hasn't attempted a three-pointer in two of his three games. Last year, he averaged 2.0 three-point attempts per contest. We'll see if this continues to be a trend going forward.
