Ji-Man Choi Exits Early With Hamstring Tightness
3 years agoTampa Bay Rays first baseman Ji-Man Choi (hamstring) exited Sunday's game early due to left hamstring tightness, according to Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times. Choi has been dealing with hamstring issues on and off for the last month, and it tightened up on him enough Sunday to have him pulled in the top of the second inning after hitting a double and scoring a run in the bottom of the first. He was replaced on defense by Yandy Diaz, and for now managers should consider him day-to-day.
