6 years agoMilwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Jhoulys Chacin had a strong outing Wednesday in a critical matchup with St Louis. He would go five innings allowing only one run on one hit. Chacin would earn the win to move to 15-8 with a 3.56 ERA on the season. The win was crucial as it completed a sweep of the Cardinals and also clinched a playoff spot for the Brewers. He will not make another start in the regular season unless somehow there is a situation involving tiebreaker game(s). Chacin has had a solid fantasy season and looks like he could be meaningful in 2019 barring a change in his situation.--Jamie Mellor
