3 days agoThe New York Jets are signing free-agent wide receiver Josh Reynolds to a one-year deal worth up to $5 million on Thursday, sources tell NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. New general manager Darren Mougey is familiar with Reynolds from their time together with the Denver Broncos last year. The 30-year-old veteran wideout also spent time in 2023 with the Detroit Lions and with the Jacksonville Jaguars to close out last season. With Denver and Jacksonville in 2024, Reynolds combined for only 13 receptions on 24 targets for 194 yards and one touchdown in nine games played (two starts). The former fourth-round pick (117th overall) by the Los Angeles Rams in 2017 out of Texas A&M will now head to New York, where he'll be battling for a complementary role behind Garrett Wilson, Allen Lazard and Xavier Gipson. Barring injuries, Reynolds will be avoidable in 12-team fantasy leagues this fall.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
