5 years agoWith the 125th overall pick in the fourth round, the New York Jets selected Florida International quarterback James Morgan. Morgan is a leader with a gunslinger mentality at 6-foot-4, 229 pounds. He gets rid of the ball quickly and has a strong arm that should translate to the next level. His touchdown-to-interception ratio improved drastically in his last two college seasons. Morgan gets in trouble because he has a tendency to force throws, and he has just average pocket mobility. However, he's probably an upgrade over David Fales as Sam Darnold's backup.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
