Jeremy Swayman Extends Winning Streak
2 years agoBoston Bruins goaltender Jeremy Swayman stopped 21-of-24 shots on goal in Saturday's 4-3 victory against the Penguins. Swayman received plenty of goal support in the contest as the Bruins scored in each period, including twice in the third frame, to pick up their league-leading 59th win of the 2022-23 season. Swayman (21-6-4 record, 2.24 goals against average, .919 save percentage) has now won five straight starts and should be rostered across all fantasy formats as he has formed the most dominant tandem in the league alongside Bruins goaltender Linus Ullmark (37-6-1 record, 1.88 goals against average, .938 save percentage).

Jeremy Swayman Meets Sabres On Tuesday
2 months agoBoston Bruins goaltender Jeremy Swayman has been named the team's starter for Tuesday's action against the Buffalo Sabres. He will enter the matchup with a 16-16-4 record. The American netminder has recorded a .898 save percentage for the season while allowing 2.95 goals and picking up two shutouts. Swayman has struggled to live up to his big $66 million extension, but he faces a favorable matchup on Tuesday against a Buffalo team that sits rock-bottom of the Eastern Conference.

Jeremy Swayman Likely Unavailable Thursday
2 months agoBoston Bruins goaltender Jeremy Swayman (undisclosed) will likely not dress against the Ottawa Senators on Thursday. Swayman was pulled ahead of the third period in Wednesday's contest against the New Jersey Devils, and Bruins interim head coach Joe Sacco told reporters that he was dealing with a minor injury. The injury appears serious enough to keep Swayman sidelined for at least one game, as Boston has recalled Michael DiPietro from the minors. Joonas Korpisalo, who has gone 8-4-2 this season, is expected to be between the pipes against his former team on Thursday.

Jeremy Swayman Collects First Shutout Of The Season
5 months agoBoston Bruins goaltender Jeremy Swayman got to celebrate his first shutout of the season on Sunday in a 2-0 win over Seattle. Swayman nullified the Kraken with 23 saves. This was a big response from Swayman after he was lit up for six goals in his last start against Carolina. Following back-to-back wins to start the campaign, Swayman has had a very bumpy ride, but Sunday will surely be a confidence booster for him. The Bruins No. 1 now sits on a 4-4-1 record, having allowed 3.16 goals with a .895 save percentage.
