Jeremy Pena Out With Neck Stiffness Monday
2 years agoHouston Astros shortstop Jeremy Pena (neck) is being held out of the starting lineup for Monday's game against the Chicago White Sox. Mauricio Dubon will be covering shortstop for the contest. Pena is dealing with neck stiffness and has been labeled day-to-day. The 24-year-old rookie owns a .251/.292/.424 slash line over 93 games on the year to go along with 15 homers, seven stolen bases, 41 RBI and 48 runs. He's a valuable player in deep leagues and AL-only leagues, but he's more of a fringe player in shallow leagues.
