Jerami Grant Stretches Great Scoring Streak To 10 Games
4 years agoDetroit Pistons small forward Jerami Grant extended his run with 20-plus points to 10 games on Wednesday, finishing a 110-101 loss to Milwaukee with a team-high 22 points on 7-for-19 shooting. It wasn't an efficient performance from the field, but he went a nice 3-for-6 from three-point range and finished 5-for-6 with his free throws. Grant's line included four rebounds, two steals, one block, and one assist with three turnovers in 35 minutes. Blake Griffin, who notched a 12-7-6 line in the contest, might be a six-time All-Star, but Grant has come in and quickly made the Pistons his team. He will look to extend his scoring streak next in back-to-back games against the Heat, who have a number of players missing and clearly aren't the same hard-working defensive team that we are used to seeing.
